With summer fast approaching, many people will be rushing to the sea to escape the summer heat.
There are many fun things to do in and around the sea. Snorkeling, scuba-diving, building sandcastles, and searching for buried treasure.
At the bottom of the sea, there are many sea creatures. One of the biggest is the colossal squid. The colossal squid grows to be about 12-14 meters long. It has big, bulging eyes, and a beak. Since grilled squid is quite popular in Japan, the colossal squid would feed many people if caught and barbecued.
People love going to the beach, especially children. On a North American beach, it is very common to find children playing in the sand with a pail and spade.
Because most people spend the whole day at the beach, it is very popular to bring a cooler filled with ice to keep sandwiches and drinks cool in.
