All the students tell me about Banpaku park in Suita and how great it is. In the Chuo Ward, Osaka city we have Osaka Castle Park. I usually go there 3 times a month. I almost always walk from house. I pass through Matsuyamachi and Tanimachi.
Matsuyamachi used to have many shops, but now many are closed. I see bored shop owners standing outside their shops waiting for some business. I sometimes see businesses buying boxes of umaibou. Whenever I receive or win umaibou, I think of the area. I only see customers who want to buy Hina dolls in January and February.
Osaka Castle Park is very spacious. The area outside the moat (water that protects the castle) is the perfect place to jog. There are many other joggers and tourists, but there is more than enough space. It is also fun to look at the castle, trees and buildings. I jog for 5 - 10 minutes before resting and then I start again. I listen to heavy rock while jogging, but sometimes the tempo makes me run too fast.
After about 45 minutes of jogging I walk to Osaka Business Park and have lunch. I usually have sub sandwiches and after some rest I walk back home. I always feel much better after some jogging.I think jogging is a great way to increase stamina and highly recommend it!
